Banting is rapidly developing compared to Jugra due to the immediate impact of the development of Putrajaya and KLIA in Sepang, which borders the county. Refer to the above map, from Klang, you will pass Telok Panglima Garang – Jenjarom – Banting. These mentioned locations are getting more and more important as they are under the spotlight for light, medium and heavy industry development. At the moment, there is lots of vacant industrial land for sale. The price per square feet is much more affordable compared to other well developed area such as Puchong. Lately, new trend arises when a lot of Puchong investors and medium to big industrial players flock to this area to search for good industrial land deal, particularly in Olak Lempit Heavy Industrial Zone and industrial land at Telok Panglima Garang after the new SKVE highway starts operating. The transportation is no longer an issue as time needed to commute between Puchong  to SKVE’s Telok Panglima Garang exit only requires half an hour’s time. From Telok Panglima Garang exit, it allows you to transit to Banting areas conveniently, e.g. 30min to west port and north port.  When SKVE is fully operated, the estimated arrival time should be even lesser by 10 to 15 minutes.

Banting town is not a big city in Selangor. Therefore, the traffic at Banting is not heavy compared to Klang town. This area could be new to a lot of people but the potential of becoming the heart of industrial development is definitely undeniable.  A few areas in Telok Panglima Garang and Olak Lempit have already been zoned as industrial use. Therefore, investors will have no issue when they buy over the land particularly for their industrial development.
